Privacy Policy

The short version: we only use your details to answer you and make your clothes, we don't sell them, and you can switch ad cookies off at any time.

Who we are

ITORVANI, Shop 1046, Camden 2, Zone 2, 4th Floor, Platinum Fashion Mall, 222 Phetchaburi Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand. You can reach us by email at itorvani@gmail.com or by phone and WhatsApp on +66 94 746 1393.

What we collect, and why

We only get personal details when you contact us — by WhatsApp, phone or email — or visit the shop. That's usually your name, how to reach you, your measurements and your order. We use them to answer you, make your clothes, keep your pattern on file for your next order, and arrange delivery if you need it. We don't sell your details to anyone.

Cookies and similar technology

Google Ads. We advertise on Google. Google's tag on this site notes when you tap a WhatsApp, phone or email link, so we can see which ads bring customers. It may use cookies. If you're in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, these cookies stay off unless you say yes.
Google Maps. Some pages show an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies.
Your preferences. If you switch to dark mode, or make a cookie choice, we remember it in your browser. That stays on your device.

Google explains how it uses this information in its advertising policy and privacy policy.

You can change this whenever you like. It applies to this browser.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just email us or send a WhatsApp message, and we'll sort it out.
