How It's Made

Shirts Made to Your Measurements

A shirt that fits properly is harder to find off the rack than most people realise — collar size, sleeve length, and body shape rarely line up with a standard size. A bespoke shirt is cut to your measurements specifically, so the collar sits right at the neck and the sleeve ends where it should, not an inch short or bunched at the wrist.

It's also one of the easiest ways to see what bespoke tailoring actually does, without committing to a full suit order first.

What You Can Customise

01

Collar

Spread, button-down, cutaway, or a style you already wear and want repeated — collar shape changes the whole look of the shirt.

02

Cuffs

Barrel or French cuff, single or double, sized to your actual wrist rather than a standard small/medium/large.

03

Fabric

Cotton in a range of weaves and weights — lighter poplins for Bangkok's heat, heavier oxford cloth if you want more structure.

Custom shirt cuffs in white, blue and striped fabrics with button and cufflink fastenings
04

Buttons

Standard or mother-of-pearl, in a colour that either matches or contrasts with the fabric.

05

Fit and Length

Slim, regular, or fuller through the body, with sleeve and body length built to your measurements rather than adjusted afterward.

Personal Details

Monogramming, contrast collar or cuff lining, and other small touches confirmed with you before cutting.

The Process

The Bespoke Shirt Process

We take your measurements — neck, chest, waist, sleeve length, and shoulder width — and talk through fabric and collar style. The shirt is cut and sewn to those measurements. For most customers, one fitting is enough to confirm the fit before the final shirt is finished; if adjustments are needed, we make them before you collect it.

Who It's For

Who Bespoke Shirts Are For

Anyone who's struggled to find a shirt that fits both the collar and the body without being altered afterward. It's also a practical add-on if you're already ordering a Bespoke Suit or a Wedding Suit — matching the shirt to the suit at the same consultation saves a second trip.
