Fit Guarantee

The short version: we keep adjusting until it fits. If adjustments can't fix it, we make it again for free.

Adjustments until it fits

Every price includes all fittings and every alteration needed to get the fit right. If you need an extra fitting, there's no extra charge. Usually 3–4 days, with two to three fittings.

Free remake

If fittings and alterations can't get the fit right, we remake the garment at no cost to you.

Free alterations after you take it home

Anything we make, we alter free of charge for 6 months after you take it home. Your paper pattern stays on file under your name for 5 years, so your next order fits the same way.

Deposit and refunds

• We ask for a 50% deposit when you order. You never pay the full amount up front.
• The deposit is refunded if we can't deliver what we agreed with you. Once your cloth is cut to your pattern, it can't be used for anyone else, so we don't refund a deposit for a change of mind.

If you fly home before it's finished

We finish your order and ship it to you by DHL, FedEx, UPS. Shipping is paid by you. The cost depends on the weight and where it's going - usually about 500 THB per kg.
